Our Client, rapidly scaling UK Residential PropTech, is making a key strategic hire of a Marketing Manager. Reporting directly into C Suite, you will be an important contributor in driving the growth and success of our client with the residential space.
As the first and founding marketing hire, you will take full ownership of all aspects of marketing, from creating and executing on marketing strategy to creative development. Being a start-up environment, you will be both paramount to setting precedent and being hands-on with the delivery of all marketing activities.
General Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a Marketing strategy in alignment with growth targets
- Lead on content and digital marketing strategy and delivery
- Create and manage campaigns that increase visibility and lead generation within the property sector
- Work across the marketing mix to ensure the right channels are used to reach target audience
- Drive continuous improved performance day-to-day
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain social media channels to ensure consistent messaging and engagement within the market
Role Responsibilities & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience, B2B SaaS essential
- Experience working in a scaling SaaS company
- Has been a first or founding marketing hire in previous roles
- Experience creating and delivering marketing strategy
- Demonstrable tenure delivering against key targets, and working towards company goals
- Expert in the creation, management and distribution of content including: targeted ABM, Case studies and customer content, whitepapers, research, articles, interviews and blog posts, videos & infographics, B2B social posts, and product content
- Strong organisational skills
- Global experience – able to manage marketing calendars across multiple timezones
- Must have developed and executed on SEO strategy, to improve visibility and drive traffic
- Analytical individual with ability to monitor performance metrics, analyse data and provide insights to refine strategy
- Ability to work to deadlines, with strong project management skills
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Suite (specific focus on Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel)
