About Our Client:

Our client is a leading technology company specializing in smart building solutions, dedicated to improving sustainability, operational efficiency, and occupant experience. Their platform is trusted by government agencies, enterprise organizations, REITs, and institutional clients to optimize building performance through cutting-edge technology.

What You Will Do:
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client’s presence in the market. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and positioning their solutions to decision-makers across the industry.

  • Recommend technology solutions that align with customer needs, highlighting our client’s competitive advantage.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including CTOs, Heads of Innovation, IT Directors, OEMs, and Operators.
  • Lead client presentations, manage account profiles, monitor competitor activity, and refine messaging strategies.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities through direct engagement and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions address customer challenges and drive successful implementations.

How You Will Do It:

  • Establish and maintain a structured outreach approach to engage and convert prospective clients.
  • Consistently meet assigned sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Become a product expert on our client’s suite of offerings, articulating their value to both customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct training sessions, both online and in person, to educate clients on product capabilities.
  • Manage client proposals, oversee budget discussions, and negotiate deals with internal support.
  • Ensure timely submission of finalized agreements and documentation for prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within SaaS, building automation systems (BAS, HVAC), or real estate technology.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to engage high-value accounts.
  • Experience negotiating and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, strategic mindset.
  • Experience working within complex industries such as healthcare, commercial real estate, and government sectors.
