About the Role
As the first Head of Manufacturing Partnerships, you will have a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for partnering with MEP manufacturers.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with MEP MFGs
- Serving as our primary point of contact for MFG executives
- Advocating for MFG integration with their platform
Monetization Strategy
- Identifying new revenue opportunities through MFG partnerships
- Collaborating with internal teams to assess MFG willingness to pay for integration and related services
- Building the business case for new products or product features
Channel Sales Enablement
- Identifying and onboarding MFGs to help drive platform adoption along the construction supply chain
- Developing strategies for leveraging MFG partnerships to generate leads and drive channel sales growth
- Managing internal and external stakeholders, helping optimize our value delivery to customers
Qualifications & Person Specification
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships, especially with building product OEMs.
- Expertise in navigating large distribution networks and identifying opportunities within complex organizations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to foster trust and long-term collaborations.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, supply chains, and MEP sectors.
- Analytical skills to identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Experience aligning partnerships with business goals and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools, including CPQ platforms.
- Demonstrated success in dynamic, fast-paced environments, excelling in ambiguous, first-of-its-kind roles.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient, thriving in high-growth, evolving settings.
