Our client are a leading UK-based Residential PropTech providing a blockchain-based workflow solution for the residential space, connecting buyers, sellers, and property professionals throughout the property transaction process.

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for our client’s customers (estate agents and conveyancers), ensuring smooth onboarding, continued platform adoption, and measurable revenue growth. You’ll tackle customer challenges, provide training, and drive account expansion.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (tech/SaaS preferred)
  • Familiarity with the UK property market (estate agents, conveyancers)
  • Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback
  • Curious, with strong critical-thinking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
