Role overview
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our client. You will play a crucial role in helping them to continue to expand and scale across the UK and EMEA. Through collaboration with Business Development Representatives, Account Management and Marketing teams, you will help attract, sign and grow their current base of commercial real estate agencies.
Managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, and owning client relationships to unlock and convert further expansion and upsell opportunities, you’ll be signing deals with an average order value of £50k
Responsibilities
- Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Own executive level client relationships with the world’s top agencies to unlock upsell and expansion opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
- Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
- Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our HubSpot CRM system
- Attend and network at trade shows, events, award ceremonies and conferences
Requirements
- 4+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environment
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry
- Track record of quota attainment
- Ability to build relationships within your client-base to identify, unlock and close upsell and expansion opportunities
- Ability to build your own book of net new business
