Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Revenue Manager to join our team and help drive pricing strategies and
commercial data to boost revenue. You’ll own KPIs, collaborate across the company, and lead
exciting projects that make a real impact for both us and our clients. Strong communication
skills are a must, whether you’re working with internal teams or presenting to clients.
This role is perfect if you love getting your hands dirty and building systems from scratch to

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily revenue for our portfolio to optimise returns
  • Analyse data to guide tactical pricing and revenue decisions
  • Interpret large datasets, provide strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities to improve data-driven decisions
  • Forecast client performance and conduct impact analysis for potential new partners
  • Propose and implement tools and processes to enhance team efficiency
  • Monitor market and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies
  • Work with the Commercial Team to accurately communicate performance to clients
  • Lead cross-functional projects to unlock new revenue opportunities

About You

  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles within
    the hospitality, travel, or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and yield management principles and techniques
  • Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of various revenue management systems (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, Duetto)
  • Passion for driving business impact and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
    environment


Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in the short-term rental industry or tech industry
  • Demonstrable experience in using data visualisation tools and software such as Excel,
    SQL, Tableau, Python or similar
