The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, high-ownership Account Executive role focused on driving new business across construction and industrial markets.
You'll work directly with decision-makers at some of the largest contractors, developers, and industrial operators in North America, helping them solve real operational challenges through technology.

What You'll Do
• Own new business acquisition across target accounts in the construction and industrial sectors
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, and industry events
• Deliver compelling demos, business cases, and ROI-driven presentations
• Develop land-and-expand strategies to grow revenue within strategic accounts
• Lead and coordinate RFP/RFI responses alongside internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting
What We're Looking For
• 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business
• Experience selling complex solutions and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience working with enterprise customers and longer sales cycles
• Comfortable building and managing your own pipeline
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Construction, industrial, safety, workforce management, IoT, SaaS, or related technology experience is a strong plus
• New York-based is a plus
