Position Overview:

As the Head of Technology for Knotel you will sit as part of the Leadership team. You will be responsible for leading the organisation's technology strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and overseeing technology infrastructure, innovation, and digital transformation for the business. The role will be responsible for developing and leading the delivery of technology roadmaps, ensuring system performance, and fostering technological innovation to drive efficiency and growth, managing the IT budget.

Objectives:

• To become a data led company - lead the business to achieve this goal
• Harness the technology used across the organisation and working with Newmark to optimise the company’s technology investments in line with the strategy
• Monetise technology in the flex/property services market

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead and deliver of the Technology strategy for Knotel, in collaboration with the Leadership team.
• Deliver business insights based on data that will inform leadership decision making
• Salesforce technology lead for the business, including project managing the development of changes and updates, to ensure that the business has timely and accurate information for decision making
• Work with business to establish requirements, set out a road map, and deliver technology solutions as required by the business, ensuring the requirements of all stakeholders are considered and addressed, including statutory requirements.
• Set the Technology budget with the business and Finance for the coming year and manage budget through the year, highlighting any risk, opportunities & other requirements
• Work directly with the Newmark Technology team to ensure the Knotel Strategy aligns with the Parent and efficiencies are maximised
• Drive the delivery of the flex office solution that can be monetised, generating benefit to the customer and the business. Supporting both the Flex and the Advisory Business. Includes, but not limited to office sensors and environment reporting, wayfinding occupancy and space utilisation analytics & strategic AV solutions
• Evolve an application that can manage the workclub’s requirements and customer’s experience

Who You Are

• Experienced in building front end to provide business insights to support decision making
• Have led software delivery and project management of enhancements, migrations and efficiencies
• Proven experience in integration of software with existing systems
• Proven experience in project management for delivery of systems
• Proven experience in programme management in life changes
• Have worked across operating businesses within one company
• Experienced in budget management
• Experienced in monetised technology
• Proven background in management of external consultants
• Experience in using Salesforce
• Experience using customer facing application delivery such as Spacebring/Nexudus
• Experience using systems such as Procore, Luminance, Freshdesk and Tripleseat
