We’re scaling rapidly across the UK and beyond, and we’re just getting started.Role Overview: We’re looking for an Associate Account Executive (AAE) to join our high-performing sales team and help accelerate Kato’s expansion. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demos, closing, and long-term account growth. You’ll work closely with our BDRs, Account Managers, and Marketing team to bring commercial real estate agencies onto our platform and unlock upsell and expansion opportunities. With average deal sizes of £5-10k and a fast-moving sales motion, you’ll be signing a high volume of impactful deals.What You’ll Be Doing: Full-cycle sales ownership (prospecting, outreach, demos, proposals, closing); build relationships with decision-makers; prospecting & pipeline generation; client management & expansion; product demonstrations; CRM & data management (HubSpot); networking & market presence (events, conferences).What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of closing experience in a SaaS sales role; proven track record hitting or exceeding a £450k ARR quota; end-to-end pipeline management; strong relationship-building skills; bonus: experience in commercial/real estate.
