About your role
Juniper Square is looking for a dynamic, organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our SVP of People and our Chief Solutions Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your ability to take charge and help ensure each leader you support can operate to their fullest potential. You will be a key member of these teams at Juniper Square and will have access to leadership across the business as well as within the Engineering, Product and People Teams.
In addition to Executive Assistant responsibilities, this role will include some facilities work in the San Francisco and NYC offices and will also assist with interviews and offsite planning and scheduling as needed.
The ideal candidate has superior organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; is extremely proactive; and enjoys the challenge of being in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will require being in the San Francisco office 1 day per week.

What you’ll do
Proactively manage the professional calendar of the two leaders, including making recommendations in regards to time management and prioritization
Research, coordinate and execute on domestic and international travel
Research, coordinate and execute on events, such as choosing venues, catering, activities, etc.
Manage reimbursable expenses
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage facilities for the San Francisco and NYC offices, including coordinating with office vendors, collecting and distributing mail, and overall ensuring a safe and clean work space

Assist with various other tasks as assigned, including interview coordination and assisting with offsite scheduling for the departments they support.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
Strategic and proactive ability to recognize and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal direction
Track record of working with highly confidential information
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listener
A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative
G-Suite experience (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive)
Experience with planning and coordination of events
Corporate travel and expense reporting experience
Confident working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $112,000 - $140,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
