About your role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Software Development Interns to join our dynamic engineering team in our Bangalore office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full-stack web development, AI-assisted software development, and building AI-powered solutions. You'll work on real-world projects using technologies such as Python, React, and modern AI tools while strengthening your software engineering, problem-solving, and Data Structures & Algorithms foundations.

As an intern, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to production systems, participate in technical discussions, and gain exposure to modern software development practices used to build and scale enterprise-grade applications.

What You'll Do

• Develop web applications using React for the front end and Python for the back end.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and learn engineering best practices.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and execution speed.

• Build and experiment with AI-powered features and solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and deliver high-quality software.

• Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures to improve application performance.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

• Work with databases and perform data manipulation using SQL.

• Participate in technical design discussions, debugging sessions, and problem-solving exercises.

• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team standups.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Prior training, project work, competitive programming experience, or internship experience from reputed institutions is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Prior experience with Python and ReactJS is preferred.

• Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and a strong interest in building AI-powered applications is highly desirable.

• Exposure to modern AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or AI agents is a plus.
