We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to be part of our Revenue Operations (RevOps) Department.

The team:
The Revenue Operations team sits strategically at the unification of people, process, technology, and data. They work to drive a buyer centric go-to-market strategy and enable the ability for Jobber to engage with the right person, at the right time, in the right way. The team consists of roles that contribute to a whole that is much greater than the sum of its parts.
The role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, the Staff Business Systems Analyst enables revenue teams to execute effectively at scale by bridging needs with creative and powerful technology solutions. You’ll be responsible for optimizing revenue systems and associated processes & data through revenue tooling initiatives that improve customer facing teams ability to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and gross profits.
You will become an expert in how our company operates and how we leverage our revenue systems across our revenue teams.
This role will also be a key ambassador in raising awareness, support and acceptance for all data being used across the customer journey. You will have opportunities to work alongside Data Science, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Security and Customer Success. You will also be a mentor for the rest of the business systems analysts and help them develop in their craft.
The Staff Business System Analyst will :
Work on the most complicated or critical technical projects that the Revenue Operations team takes on.
Own and contribute to maintaining an effective agile methodology across technical initiatives.
Provide mentorship to other business systems analysts and help them develop in their craft.
Partner with revenue operations managers to understand go-to-market objectives and translate those objectives into revenue tooling requirements
Facilitate, design, and document business systems requirements and end user acceptance criteria for future state tooling functionality
Manage system testing and end user acceptance testing across the revenue tool stack, including but not limited to: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Regal, Ring Central, Tableau, Gong, etc
Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing end-to-end tool-sets, including technological capabilities, limitations and dependencies
Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development of revenue tooling solutions
Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Jobber business processes for customer facing teams, Salesforce/HubSpot out-of-the-box functionality, Salesforce/HubSpot capabilities, and the Salesforce/HubSpot product roadmap that can be leveraged to support Jobber’s business processes
Support the business stakeholders on revenue tooling change management and adoption
Discover, develop and share best practices within defined processes and technology
To be successful, you should have :
Hands-on experience of Salesforce/HubSpot implementation experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com, data migration, data cleansing, and application integration
Salesforce/HubSpot admin and/or business analyst certification
Deep Understanding of the Salesforce/HubSpot product suite.
Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
Hands-on experience with the configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages
Proven experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM and MAP projects
Deep expertise in Salesforce/HubSpot Platform functionality and best practices
Proficient with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Creative problem solver, willing to explore new ideas
Excellent communicator with both business leadership and deeply technical team members
Ability to prioritize and own numerous, and competing high-priority asks
Compensation
At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $121,000, a midpoint of $142,200, and a maximum salary of $163,600, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
