The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

  • Own and track churn and retention metrics across cohorts and cities, focusing on the first 90 days of the agent lifecycle.
  • Analyze data to identify churn patterns and early risk signals during onboarding and activation.
  • Design, centralize, and monitor retention levers such as incentives, targeted programs, and reinforcement mechanisms for early-stage agents.
  • Implement and systematize exit interviews, especially for early churn cases, to generate actionable insights.
  • Translate insights into concrete improvements in retention and agent activation.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive organizational change to enhance early-stage agent experience and performance.
  • Collaborate directly with KAMs, city leads, and central teams to execute churn prevention plans during initial ramp periods.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for churn, retention, tenure, and early lifecycle performance.
  • Test, optimize, and continuously improve retention initiatives, particularly within the first 90 days.
  • Act as the point of contact for retention and churn initiatives across the organization.

The Perfect Match: What We're Looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Analytics.
  • Highly data-driven with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations regarding underperformance or churn.
  • Structured, analytical, and pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven execution capability with end-to-end ownership of projects.
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English.
