The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS, and accurate employee records. Support payroll, benefits, leave processes, and internal events.
- Compliance & Policy: Support audits, ensure compliance with Spanish labor law, and address employee inquiries.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain HR dashboards and tools, support people analytics and reporting.
- People Partnering: Coach leaders, facilitate team sessions, and promote cultural alignment.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Minimum 3 years experience in People Operations in Spain.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Passionate about fast pace environments.
