The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS, and accurate employee records. Support payroll, benefits, leave processes, and internal events.
• Compliance & Policy: Support audits, ensure compliance with Spanish labor law, and address employee inquiries.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain HR dashboards and tools, support people analytics and reporting.
• People Partnering: Coach leaders, facilitate team sessions, and promote cultural alignment.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• Minimum 3 years experience in People Operations in Spain.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
