The Main Event: What you'll doWe are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Project Manager - Sales to join our rapidly growing team at Huspy. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in scaling our agent acquisition efforts and optimizing the way our sales team operates. Your mission will be to drive strategic initiatives that boost growth, starting with our Member-Get-Member (MGM) referral program — helping us turn our current network of agents into our strongest acquisition channel.
You'll work cross-functionally, own high-impact projects, and help lay the foundations for a high-performing, scalable sales organization.
- Supporting the Head of Sales in driving strategic initiatives that enhance sales team performance and agent onboarding.
- Project managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Identifying and implement improvements to our ways of working, tools, and sales processes.
- Supporting the transition to a CRM and contribute to its effective implementation across the team.
- Analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Ensuring smooth communication and alignment across sales, operations, marketing, and product.
- Being a key player in shaping the culture and workflows of a fast-scaling sales team.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in startups, proptechs, or real estate-related industries.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on metrics.
- Proven experience managing teams, with leadership capabilities and talent development skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate ecosystem, including property acquisition models and commercial strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
