About The Role:

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Dallas team at two of our new master-planned communities. This position combines customer-facing responsibilities of staffing our model home and critical sales operations support. You'll be the face of Homebound when our primary sales representative is off-site, while also ensuring seamless administrative operations that keep our sales process running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Model Home Coverage

Staff the model home during when the primary sales representative is off / unavailable.

  • Greet and engage prospective buyers, providing tours and answering questions about Homebound's homes, floor plans, and personalization options

  • Capture visitor information and qualify leads according to Homebound's criteria

  • Maintain model home presentation standards, ensuring spaces are clean, staged, and showcase-ready at all times

  • Coordinate with marketing team on model home events and open houses

Sales Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Follow up with prospective buyers via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel

  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate lead information, interactions, and pipeline status

  • Process and track sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate

  • Coordinate between buyers, sales team, design consultants, and operations on contract timelines and deliverables

  • Prepare sales reports, track community performance metrics, and support forecasting activities

  • Schedule design consultations, site visits, and buyer meetings

  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website leads

  • Support the sales representative with presentation materials, competitive research, and buyer communications

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, real estate, hospitality, or customer service

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Added Bonus:

  • Experience in residential real estate or new home sales

  • Familiarity with the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market

  • Knowledge of homebuilding terminology and processes

  • Experience with contract processing and documentation

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
