Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing the sales vertical and MDU business development in a defined region in designated markets. You will be responsible for securing contracts within those MDU (multi-dwelling unit) community, MTU (multi-tenant unit), and residential business segments, to enable Gigstreem to expand the reach and revenue penetration of our high-speed broadband services. Building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel with top prospects, owning all P&L forecasting and improvement for each sale, and working the cross-functional process and support this position requires.
Responsibilities
- Establish Annual and quarterly goals that align with company’s financial targets, that are
- approved by VP of Sales.
- Forecast and seek approval of financial budget annually that supports thepositionsneeds andsuccess as definedherein.
- Manage and track spend vsestablishbudget.
- Comply withestablished sales and financialprocessto ensure that all potential new buildingsand clients meet requirements for operational and financial success.
- Work closely with Business Development team to track pipeline progress weekly andfacilitatesmooth handoff of Opportunities and Clients
- Attend industrytradeshowsto drive newbusinessand grow brand awareness nationally.
- Work cross functionally to create and implement new products and processes thatassistinmeeting the financial targets for each product and property.
- Seek financial approval for all potential deals added to the sales funnel.
- Work with the executive to prepare and presentquarterly boardpresentations asrequired.
- Initiateface-to-face customer contact with high value owners, builders, and developers ofMTU and MDU properties to present, propose and secure a marketing and/or bulk agreement.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social mediato identifyappropriate customerswithin the target markets.
- Build and cultivateprospectrelationships.
- Manage leads and data inZoHoCRM for new and prospective clients sourced through third-party programs, ensuring all communications are logged andaccurate.•Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and negotiate rooftop rights for the expansion of our network.
- Review and analyze Bills of Material and Design plans for accuracy and work closely with
- SalesEngineering team to refine designs to meet our capital investment strategy.
- Negotiate and close long-term contracts for marketing and/or bulk agreements; this includesnew acquisition and renewal opportunities.
- Work independently and effectively with internal and external legal support staff toresolve/negotiateappropriate contractualterms and conditions.
- Work closely with the area Account Management team to ensure successful onboarding andhand-off requirements are met.
- Other tasks asassigned by head of sales and marketing.
Qualifications
- Experience in salesa mustin Internet and multifamily space; preferred experience in ManagedWiFi, Bulk negotiations
- Strong network and experience in the residential real estate market.
- Strong people skills; organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with financial modeling recommended, but notrequired
- Technologically savvy, resourceful, creative,analyticaland business-minded

Competitive base salary ($80K–$100K) and uncapped commission plan, with total on-target earnings of $130K to $150k, based on performance.
