Role Description
We're looking for a Head of Growth to drive our company's growth. You'll be in charge of getting more leads and customers. The right person for this role loves data and has a proven track record of growing leads and sales for SaaS and AI startups. You will handle all our growth channels, including analytics, SEO, paid ads, and partnerships. We'd love it if you also have experience with LLMs (Large Language Models).
Key responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Create and lead our plan to find new customers and increase sales.
- Analytics: Use data to track what's working and find ways to make our website and product better for business customers.
- SEO: Boost our organic traffic by improving our site's search engine rankings for business-related keywords.
- Email Marketing: optimize email cadences and campaigns to drive leads and re-engage lost opportunities.
- Paid Ads: Run and manage our paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google to get high-quality business leads.
- Partnerships: Find and manage partnerships with other companies to help us grow and reach new audiences.
- LLM Optimization: Optimize our site for LLM agents to increase traffic and referrals from LLMs.
