We’re hiring a Strategy Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Partner with executive leadership and data analytics to develop clear, compelling presentations for external audiences (investors, financial reporting, national accounts). This includes collecting, validating, and synthesizing multi-source data into concise, executive-ready conclusions, collaborating with analytics for fact-based insights, creating effective charts/visualizations, maintaining brand alignment, and managing internal presentation templates and libraries. This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own the intersection of strategy and communications by partnering with executive leadership and data analytics to design and produce clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for external channels like investor relations, financial reporting, and our national account salesforce
- Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources into concise, executive-ready conclusions
- Partner with analytics teams to generate impactful, fact-based insights
- Create charts, exhibits, and visualizations that effectively communicate data, insights, and recommendations
- Ensure presentations align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards
- Create, maintain, and update internal presentation templates and libraries

Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional ability to create work product-focused materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and other written and print deliverables
- Attentive to detail and able to simplify complex information
- Strong visual design sense (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiative tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different channels and audiences
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership; resourceful, proactive, and outcome-oriented
- Versatile and capable across multiple functional areas; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapts swiftly to shifting priorities, even under tight timelines or with limited notice
Education and Experience:
- High school degree, required and bachelors degree preferred
- At least 4 years of work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Google Slides, Adobe, InDesign, Anaplan a plus
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time
