What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end proposal preparation for project pursuits, including RFP/RFQ response management.
• Develop project-specific visuals and layouts using ICE, SketchUp, and InDesign.
• Coordinate schedules and timelines to ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Organize and attend pre-submission meetings with general contractors, architects, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and design teams to integrate technical content into proposals.
• Maintain consistent branding, formatting, and messaging across all proposal materials.
• Support client interviews and presentations with polished visual and written materials.
• Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in proposals, pursuit management, or design coordination—preferably in AEC, construction, or modular construction.
• Proficiency in ICE (DIRTT’s proprietary software), SketchUp, InDesign, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
• Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
