The Role

As a Service Activations Specialist, you will be the platform subject-matter expert driving a best-in-class customer experience by managing daily client requests, account setups, and technical troubleshooting. Acting as a vital link between customer service, sales, and operations, you will ensure all tasks align with strict brand standards while providing essential internal support, training, and expert guidance. Bring your proactive attitude and technical expertise to a collaborative team where you will champion process improvements, optimize system functionality, and help us consistently meet key performance goals.

What You'll Be Doing

You will drive the accurate execution of daily customer requests—such as account setups, integrations, and template linking—across core platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet turnaround times and strict brand guidelines. You will champion quality assurance by ensuring all tasks meet the highest standards before formal checks, conducting regular staging tests, and actively driving continuous process improvements. Furthermore, you will serve as a strong advocate for the client, integrating customer feedback and partnering with internal teams during project scoping to enhance the overall user experience, ensure seamless onboarding, and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.

About You

Required

• Experience in customer service, client support, or platform operations.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, account setup processes, and workflow systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and support diverse internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work under tight timelines.

Preferred

• Experience with Realhub and/or Campaigntrack platforms and/ other tools such as Freshdesk, Microsoft apps, Monday.com, or similar workflow systems.
• Experience working with brand guidelines, template operations, or customer onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
