At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

We are seeking an action-oriented, problem-solver to serve as Program Manager, Business Integration (Integrated Services). This individual will be the operational engine, connective tissue, and force multiplier to the Integrated Services leadership team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and operating as a critical partner to executive leadership across our title, escrow, mortgage, and new verticals businesses, you will own the implementation of the team’s business integration plan and will drive execution and accountability against our strategic agenda.

In this role, you will serve as the owner of key initiatives across the Integrated Services team, ensuring excellence in program / project management and strategic communications. You will design and execute processes that ensure the success of business integration and scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Operations

  • Own the Business Cadence: Create and manage agendas and continuously optimize our Integrated Services rhythm of business (weekly leadership syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly strategic planning).
  • Drive Accountability: Track critical next steps, strategic initiatives, and business deliverables across the organization, ensuring workflows are meticulously managed, clearly communicated, and obstacles / dependencies are cleared.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize processes, decision frameworks, and project management tools across the organization to increase speed-to-solution and reduce operational drag across the team.

2. Business Integration

  • End-to-End Project Execution: Scope, launch, and manage critical strategic initiatives across title, escrow, mortgage, and emerging verticals, translating executive vision into structured project plans, clear milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-Vertical Synergy & Integration: Drive cross-business initiatives that eliminate operational silos, streamline customer handoffs, and unlock joint value creation across Integrated Services.
  • Impact & KPI Measurement: Establish OKRs, project benchmarks, and performance metrics to evaluate initiative success, monitor operational impact, and regularly report progress and ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Design and lead change management strategies for new processes, tools, and operating models, ensuring high adoption, minimal friction, and sustained operational alignment across frontline and leadership teams.
  • Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, resource constraints, and operational bottlenecks across verticals, developing pragmatic mitigation strategies before issues escalate to senior leadership.

3. Strategic Agenda & Communications

  • All-Hands & Internal Comms: Own the design, content creation, and execution of strategic communications initiatives: employee All-Hands meetings, Board meetings, Executive flash reports, and internal team updates.
  • Enterprise Comms Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison to Enterprise Communications, ensuring the team’s messaging, strategic priorities, and narrative are seamlessly integrated into broader enterprise communications and marketed appropriately to key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a trusted representative for leadership in key forums, ensuring alignment across other executive partners and stakeholders.
  • Insight & Narrative Building: Synthesize complex data and updates into clear, narrative-driven presentations that highlight progress, risks, and strategic priorities of the business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, corporate strategy, or a similar high-velocity executive-interfacing role, start-up experience a plus.
  • Execution Focused: you’re someone who can be read into a complex business problem, propose a solution and obtain buy-in, help implement and track next steps, and then go on to the next thing
  • Operational Rigor: Proven track record of establishing and running a business cadence, tracking cross-functional priorities, and enforcing organizational accountability without direct authority.
  • Autonomous & Proactive: A self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes complete end-to-end ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Customer Obsessed: Deeply empathetic and considerate to the needs of both real estate professionals, employees, and consumers. You design processes with the end user in mind, ensuring operational efficiency never comes at the expense of seamless customer experiences or service delivery.
  • Communication & Influence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface comfortably with senior executives and enterprise communications teams alike.
