As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on the Contract to Close team that oversees all administrative details throughout the contract process, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their business. Our Transaction team members are experienced in real estate and serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring a smooth path to settlement. From document preparation to deadline tracking to requesting online testimonials, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders and title attorneys, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract you process.
Please Note: This position will require you to be in our Denver Office (Cherry Creek) 2x per month
At Compass You Will:
- Track documents for a large volume of real estate transactions
- Process real estate contracts for Colorado
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title attorneys, and inspectors.
- Track contract deadlines
- Digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
What We're Looking For:
- CO Real Estate license required
- 5+ years of real estate activity in this market
- Strong knowledge of the real estate laws in Colorado
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance - DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM
- Experience with best practices in real estate transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Real estate license required
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The base pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
