Overview

Circuit is seeking an experienced Outdoor Media Sales Representative to drive advertising revenue across California and Texas. This role is intended for a proven traditional OOH seller who brings an existing network of advertising agency and advertiser relationships and can contribute immediately.

The ideal candidate understands how to sell outdoor media at the agency and client level, navigate planning and buying processes, and manage long-term advertising relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage an existing rolodex of advertising agency, brand, and local advertiser relationships to generate new business
  • Sell Circuit’s traditional out-of-home advertising offerings across California and Texas markets
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    • Advertising agencies (media planners, buyers, and account teams)
    • National and regional brands
    • Local and multi-location businesses
  • Advise clients on market coverage, placement strategy, and campaign execution
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in traditional Out-of-Home (OOH) / Outdoor Media sales
  • Proven success selling to advertising agencies and brand advertisers
  • Active book of business / rolodex that can be leveraged immediately
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Traditional OOH formats and inventory
    • Agency planning, buying, and RFP processes
    • Brand, regional, and local advertising strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow long-term accounts
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating independently across large territories

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with agencies and advertisers in California and/or Texas
  • Experience selling across multiple major DMAs
  • Background working with both brand and local advertising clients
