The Role

As Key Account Manager, you will together with the Commercial team own and grow some of Cemvision’s most important strategic customer relationships. You will lead long-term commercial negotiations, shape key partnerships, and play a central role in implementing Cemvision’s go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role combining strategic account management, commercial execution, and cross-functional influence.

Key Responsibilities

●      Lead and develop some of Cemvision’s key customer accounts end-to-end, with ownership of your own pipeline, contracting, account performance, and your budget

●      Identify, structure, negotiate, and close long-term commercial agreements, including pricing frameworks, volume commitments, supply agreements, and indexation mechanisms

●      Act as the commercial interface between customers and Cemvision, building trusted relationships at executive, commercial, and technical levels

●      Position sustainability performance (e.g. CO₂ reduction, EPDs) as a strategic value driver in customer partnerships

●      Lead cross-functional internal coordination with production, logistics, finance, and legal to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational delivery

●      Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and sustainability requirements impacting strategic accounts

●      Identify and drive opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term collaboration

●      Ensure disciplined CRM usage, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking

●      Travel regularly to customers, trials, and Cemvision offices as required

What We’re Looking For

●      10+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management within cement, construction, building materials, or heavy industry

●      Strong track record of leading and closing large, complex, long-term commercial agreements and/or offtake agreements

●      Proven ability to operate cross-functionally in technically and operationally complex environments

●      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field

●      Understanding of cement and concrete or materials applications, supply chains, and project-driven sales models is a plus

●      A strategic commercial manager with strong negotiation skills and proven track record of to close large deals

●      Comfortable owning ambiguity, long sales cycles, and high-stakes customer relationships

●      Highly credible and trusted by senior customer stakeholders

●      Technically curious and skilled at translating technical and sustainability value into commercial outcomes

●      Structured, resilient, and results-driven, with strong executive-level communication skills
