Purpose Driven Position

As a Customer Relations Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers achieve measurable value and long-term success. You will build strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, ensuring they recognize the return on their investment and maintain confidence in our partnership. This involves guiding producers through the seamless integration of CarbonCure technology into their daily operations, while providing clear visibility into the performance data, sustainability benefits, and business impact they gain from our solutions.

The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder who can earn the trust of senior leaders while remaining attentive to daily account needs. You are confident in discussing production metrics and return on investment (ROI) with executives. Your motivation lies in helping customers grow their businesses, whether that involves supporting internal alignment, enabling sales teams to position CarbonCure as a key differentiator, or demonstrating the environmental benefits to downstream customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, ensuring their business goals are clearly understood and that they see measurable return on their investment in CarbonCure.
  • Support executive sponsors through onboarding by setting clear expectations, aligning with production objectives, and demonstrating value early in the partnership.
  • Help customers succeed by equipping their sales and technical teams with the messaging, data, and case studies needed to demonstrate CarbonCure’s sustainability and performance benefits to key stakeholders — including contractors, architects, engineers, specifiers, and approving bodies such as DOTs and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor usage data and production metrics to identify underutilization, risks, or opportunities to enhance ROI and overall customer success.
  • Lead renewal discussions, manage escalations, and identify opportunities for customers to expand their adoption of CarbonCure across additional plants or projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with the resources, training, and data they need to succeed, ensuring continued alignment with their executive sponsors.
  • Travel as needed (up to 50%) to visit customer sites and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of their organization.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role, with a strong background in the concrete industry (i.e. ready-mix, precast, aggregates, cement, or construction materials).
  • Deep knowledge of how concrete plants and producers operate, including batching, QC, and customer sales processes, and the ability to influence adoption in that environment.
  • Proven ability to drive consistent product usage and connect it directly to ROI, margin improvements, and competitive differentiation.
  • Experience helping customers demonstrate value internally and externally, including supporting sales teams and sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly connect technology outcomes to financial and operational results.
  • Comfort navigating technical conversations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of carbon credits and sustainability frameworks is an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 50%).
