Are you ready to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and safely? In this dynamic position as an Offshore Security Lead, you'll help to deliver a safe, secure, and resilient offshore operating environment at our Tangguh LNG operations.

This is a senior specialist role within Business Security, responsible for leading offshore and marine security activities, managing contractor security resources, and providing trusted security advice in a high‑risk, high‑accountability offshore setting. What you’ll do:

• Lead the delivery of effective offshore and marine security coverage, protecting people, assets, vessels, and operations from security threats and disruptions.

• Identify, assess, and lead offshore security risks, providing clear risk insights and early warnings to Offshore Operations and Security leadership.

• Coordinate and lead responses to offshore security incidents, ensuring impacts are minimised and lessons learned to strengthen future resilience.

• Provide consistent security support to offshore projects and activities, including drilling, seismic operations, marine movements, and offshore construction.

• Coordinate and lead contractor security personnel, ensuring performance aligns with bp standards, approved risk controls, and operational priorities.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree and/or relevant professional qualification, with broad and sound experience in security, risk management, or a related subject area.

• Sophisticated expertise in offshore and marine security, with the ability to apply specialist judgement in sophisticated operational environments.

• Validated experience in planning and driving security activities across ongoing operations and major projects.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the credibility to advise, influence, and challenge where needed to protect operations.

• Experience leading teams or contractor resources, through direct management and/or matrix or project leadership.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
