Let me tell you about the role
The purpose of this role is primarily to implement and accelerate strategic partnership/business development project to capture growth opportunity in B2 Chain workshop business leveraging strength of Castrol brand & workshop network toward service & maintenance ambition in Thailand.
What you will deliver
To ensure full compliance to all HSSE and Ethics standards – responsible for clear communication and raising the awareness of HSSE to Chain workshop customers. The appropriate training and education program to be implemented with regular HSSE audits.
Responsible for growing new Castrol branded network by leveraging Castrol partnership to deliver company strategy growth direction.
Responsible in managing and executing new product/service offer/sales activities/customer relationship to generate new revenue stream and capture business and growth opportunity in new market space and maintenance ambition.
To achieve/exceed the Volume and GM targets for Chain workshop business – responsibility not limited to sell-in volume/value only but also be responsible for sell-out volume/value in strategic channel, this includes the implementation of go-to-market strategy and coordinated offer within the channel.
Improve Efficiency and Productivity – responsible for ensuring the company’s resources fully applied for mutual benefit of the company and partners/customers, improving the customer facing and selling efforts through the lowest cost to serve.
Ensure effective process of sales and marketing program on Chain business within targeted channel, and initiatives related to new product/brand/category introduction.
What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)
University degree essential
A post graduate degree or equivalent experience would be valuable
Minimum 5 years’ customer facing experience (sales/trade/business development)
Exposure to B2C and B2B business (distributor/strategic customer/sales management)
Meaningful experience to establish business partnerships and leading strategic meeting with top management level
Strong track record in leading strategic projects and execution
Demonstrated track record of performance delivery
Moderate spoken & written English
Flexible to travel to work in up-country
Excel and PowerPoint are vital
Adaptability, Leadership, Interpersonal skill, Communication skill, Project Management
Strong ability to apply efficient decision-making and problem-solving
External engagement : Able to lead key meetings with customers i.e. Top-to-Top, New Partnership Approach
