Role Summary
The Price Book Coordinator is responsible for implementing category strategies to drive a positive guest experience through efficiently supporting assigned banners (ampm, Thorntons, Travel Centers of America). This role ensures accurate and timely execution of price book initiatives with a focus on the accuracy of items and promotions across assigned categories, including communication to internal teams and distributors. The Price Book Team Member will gather pricing and product information, maintain databases while providing support cross-functionally while maintaining proper SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain ERP systems (PDI, S2K, SAP Retail) and process for price book information
Build and maintain accurate, compliant and timely execution of price changes and promotions
Collaborate cross-functionally for functionality testing
Provide support cross-functionally with reporting, pricing, distributor opportunities, invoicing and technical issues
Maintain ticket system performance SLAs
Support reset initiatives with prompt item setup
Collaborate with category to implement merchandise strategies and complete item life cycle
Support new markets, store openings, remodels, and transitions with vendor and item alignment
Build positive relationships with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives
Support effective communication between merchandising, category management, and operations
Maintain standard operating procedures for area of expertise
Collaborate cross-functionally for testing across all price book and ERP processes and promotions
Provide support cross-functionally on price book and ERP issues
Partner with Price Book Lead for activity and participation coverage across multiple projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience in merchandising, retail price book, replenishment, or related operational roles
Familiarity with merchandising systems (e.g. PDI, S2K, SAP IS Retail, Blue Yonder / JDA)
Strong understanding of retail environments and performance-based metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of ticketing systems (Service Now, Service Channel)
Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Accounting or a related field
2+ years of experience in Inventory Accounting, SAP, Accounts Payable or related field
Shared Service Center experience preferred
Solid problem solving and financial accounting skills
Strong communication skills
English proficiency: B2–C2

Team is comprised of price book as the key functional area supporting ampm, Thorntons and Travel Centers of America with our convenience and fleet businesses
Support more than 1,000 sites across the US, including company owned and franchise channels of trade
