Summary

The Ops Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the TA Way program across field operations. This role partners closely with the Ops Program Manager, field leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to Safe, Clean, Friendly, Full standards.

The Coordinator acts as a central hub for insights, communication, and operational follow-through, helping translate strategy into execution by tracking KPIs, supporting field engagement, maintaining process standards, and ensuring visibility to progress and opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and sustainment of TA Way initiatives across all locations
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain TA Way tools, resources, and documentation (SharePoint, toolkits, process cards)
  • Track progress against key milestones and escalate risks or delays
  • Monitor TA Way performance metrics (OSAT, cleanliness, in-stock, execution scores, etc.)
  • Develop and distribute recurring reports and dashboards
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Operational Process, Policy, & Standards Management in direct partnership and collaboration with L&D
  • Communication & Change Support

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in:
    • Retail, operations support, or field support roles
    • OR project coordination / business support roles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to operational KPIs and reporting preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to translate complex ideas into simple language.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using digital collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, WorkJam, or similar.
  • Experience with hospitality or retail operations preferred.
  • SAP, Aloha, Retalix, and Verifone experience a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong follow-through on assignments.
