Are you a senior HR Operations Specialist with in-depth knowledge of HR processes (particularly Hire to Retire and Payroll Services) as well as experience of delivering Global Transformations and management of delivery centres? Then this could be for you!
The Excellence & Experience Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Operations & Advisory strategy and leading the Operation Excellence and Experience teams. This role involves setting continuous improvement strategies, leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, and strategically collecting and listening to the Voice of Customer to enhance service performance, quality, and customer experience while ensuring cost efficiency in a safe and compliant manner. Collaboration with global operations discipline leaders, Global Solutions Owners, and Centres of Expertise (COEs) is essential to plan and prioritize projects and initiatives in alignment with the delivery of the division’s strategy.
Role accountabilities:
Create and implement operational excellence strategies
Create and implement continuous improvement framework
Develop key performance indicators to monitor operations
Develop performance reporting tools
Plan and prioritize projects and improvement initiatives
Support Transformation strategy and deployment
Support Knowledge Management strategy and deployment
Support Mergers, Acquisition and Divestitures strategy and deployment
Collaborate with control & assurance team
Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Build a high-performing team
Create an inclusive environment
Inspire teams to learn new skills and adopt new practices
Provide visible leadership to drive capability development
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical/business field; Master’s degree preferred
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of working experience
Significant (10+ years) leadership experience across process improvements, operations, and systems
In-depth knowledge of HR processes (Hire to Retire and Payroll Services). In depth experience working in HR operations / HR Services functions, SLAs, KPIs, Voice of the Customer, customer satisfaction, service catalogues.
Proven track record of driving strategic change
Experience of delivering Global Transformations and management of delivery centres, including assessing global risk and change impacts, streamlining service delivery execution. Focus on technology enablement and process simplification. How can services be improved with state of art technology.
Solid knowledge of HR tools and systems - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
Skilled in all Microsoft 365 suite of applications
Behavioural:
