About the Programme
Our one commercial graduate programme is global in nature – wherever you’re based, you’ll benefit from the same outstanding training, development, and support. This is a wonderful chance to start learning and growing with us as you work on some exciting and challenging projects.
It is a 3-year programme, and the rotational structure of our program provides you with choice which means you’ll be challenged in many ways – all of which will build your confidence, expertise, and experience at pace, giving you the flexibility to eventually take your career in the direction that suits you best.
As a one commercial Graduate you...
- Have a customer centric mindset; you can put yourself in the shoes of the customer when building offer development and loyalty strategies
- Are creative and innovative; a ‘big picture’ thinker who thrives on using data insights to drive loyalty and value for our customers
- Are fulfilled by delivering value to the customer, our internal business, and external customers
- Are digital savvy, leveraging on latest technology to enhance our customer experience
- Enjoy building strong partnerships and hold the ability to use multiple styles and channels to adapt to the customer
- A degree in any business-related field is preferred.
About you
You are passionate, committed, adaptable and want to make a difference. You’ll bring well-rounded life experience, and your strong academic results will be supported by some work experience, everything from customer service to industry experience is great!
You’ll have strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment. Your agility to learn and adapt will be key along with the energy, motivation, and ownership to make the most of this fantastic opportunity. You’ll be comfortable making courageous and bold decisions, have digital fluency, a keen eye for analytics and the insights they provide.
We know you’re early in your career – we don’t expect you to be an expert.
To be eligible for One Commercial Graduate Programme_Sales and Marketing you will:
- You’ll also need to be in your final semester of study or have graduated less than a year.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
- Ability to learn fast, multi-task and self-manage priorities.
- Engaging and collaborative way of working.
- Candidates that can join on 3rd August 2026 only will be considered.
