The Future Talent Scholarship Program in Azerbaijan is designed for female Azerbaijani undergraduate students graduating in summer 2028 who are studying geoscience, subsurface, drilling, or engineering disciplines and are interested in learning more about career opportunities at our Baku location.

The program will take place during the summer university break (July - September 2026) and includes a series of engagement and development activities designed to introduce participants to the energy industry and help them build valuable skills and connections.

Who Can Apply
• Female undergraduate students graduating in summer 2028
• Citizens of Azerbaijan

Relevant fields of study:
• Petroleum and reservoir engineering, geology, geophysics, and petrophysics
• Drilling engineering
• Industrial, project, mechanical, chemical, automation, electrical, civil, subsea, and pipeline engineering

What the Program Offers
Participants selected for the program will:
• Gain a valuable introduction to the energy industry
• Develop professional and technical skills
• Network with bp leaders and hiring managers
• Learn about the wide range of career paths within bp and the energy sector
• Visit one of our operational facilities

Participants will join a series of engagement and development events between July and September, designed to help prepare them for the 2027 bp Summer Internship.

Participants will also have the opportunity to win a company scholarship award to support their university studies.

⭐ High-performing participants may receive a fast-track opportunity for the 2027 bp Summer Internship technical interview.
