A person employed as an Internal Process Auditor is responsible for actively verifying and supporting Managers and Partners working at COCO, COFO, and DODOCS sites. As part of daily operational activities, the auditor assesses whether the functioning of the sites complies with applicable legal regulations and bp’s internal procedures. In the area of Customer Service, the auditor also verifies whether station teams demonstrate proper customer orientation and follow the quality standards in force within the organization. The scope of duties also includes conducting substantive discussions with Managers, Partners, and bp employees aimed at improving operational processes (in the areas indicated in the “Scope of Activities” section), with particular emphasis on compliance with current regulations. This position is field‑based and requires frequent and regular presence at sites.


In this role you will:

  • Executing operational activities within the COCO and COFO channels, as well as providing occasional support in the DODO and DODOCS areas.

  • Conducting operational reviews and control visits aimed at improving Customer Service standards and maintaining the high competitiveness of the bp brand.

  • Verifying the legitimacy of issued fiscal documents in terms of compliance with applicable Polish legal regulations.

  • Performing financial audits, including substantive preparation and reporting of results. · Carrying out control inventories at sites within the CO channel.

  • Coordinating inventories related to changes in the sales channel or Partners in the COFO channel.

  • Maintaining regular, cyclical contact with Station Managers and Partners using available communication channels to provide support and monitor actions focused on improving operational processes.

  • Participating in projects aimed at implementing optimal operational solutions at sites.

  • Engaging in initiatives designed to align applied solutions with the requirements of applicable Polish law.

  • Sharing knowledge and experience in areas where support for other team members or the organization is possible.


What You will need to be successful:

A position requiring a high level of independence, creativity, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, reporting directly to the Productivity Manager.

  • Higher education is preferred.

  • Experience and Competencies

  • Documented operational experience in process implementation and a thorough understanding of business processes.

  • Category B driving licence.

  • High level of objectivity and integrity in action.

  • Well‑developed training skills and experience in delivering training sessions.

  • Advanced analytical skills.

  • Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Capacity to perform effectively under time pressure.
