Job Description:

Industrial lab technician takes the responsibility to handle blending, testing or analysis of lubricant samples in formulation development, formulation changes or technical support/troubleshooting cases, in CCTC lab or third-party labs, following safe and professional ways.

This role will be the key players to ensure a smooth operation in formulation or technical support cases. The formulation relevant tasks rely heavily on proper blending of components in candidate formulations which will be further assessed to fit for market demand. The diagnose of root causes in technical support cases can only be effective when accurate and comprehensive analysis are realized.

Industrial lab technician will oversee the operation of blending or testing in Industrial Labs in CCTC, especially samples handling, testing, data processing and reporting.

This role will work on specific areas including MWF, oil or grease, depending on the demands on specific areas.
