B2C Payment Advisor (Entry level)

In this role You will:

  • Liaise with in-country marketing and operations partners, Technology, Operations and business colleagues and relevant vendors to assist with delivery of B2C Payment acceptance projects, and enhanced functionality for valuable service propositions
  • Support and coordinate delivery of B2C payment acceptance projects, including onboarding/offboarding payment methods, enabling new payment functionality and supporting strategic programmes such as BPme, GSD, TaaS, EV pulse
  • Collect and analyse in-country market information, compliance & incident updates
  • Prepare and collate transactional B2C data insights for European Fleet, marketing, leadership and other stakeholders. Identify local market trends and emerging risks
  • Ensure continuity of B2C cards acceptance
  • Conduct and monitor transactional/interfaces/invoices/fees point of view, including invoice checking, chargeback review and data correction with vendors/acquirers and dealer/site settlement
  • Maintain and assist on B2C payment Operations Standards Manuals where applicable
  • Act as in-country contact person to local schemes, vendors, acquirers, and potential external bodies/forums
  • Support retail, EV and loyalty payment development initiatives to increase payment range offer

What You will need to be successful:

  • Experience with the B2C payment market
  • Excellent verbal and written English; German is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the IT aspects of payment processing
  • Understanding of the European B2C payments and acceptance systems
  • Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to manage, liaise and develop relationships, influencing and facilitation skills
  • Strong track record for dealing with complex situations that result in enhanced value
  • Analytical skills to translate market insights into payment improvement ideas
  • Experience in international project coordination is good to have
