Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions, supplying to the digital transformation and operational efficiency of BP Business Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML models, from conception to production, adhering to Agility core practices.
* Design and implement robust and scalable AI systems, leveraging expertise in System Design and Relational Data Modelling.
* Utilize advanced Analytics techniques to extract insights from complex datasets and drive data-driven decision-making.
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring Continuous deployment and release of AI applications with a focus on efficiency and automation.
* Manage source control and code management systems effectively, promoting guidelines within the team.
* Implement and enforce Information Security guidelines throughout the AI development lifecycle.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks through comprehensive Risk Management strategies.
* Develop and maintain scripts for automation, data processing, and system management.
* Contribute to Service operations and resilience, ensuring the stability and performance of AI solutions in production.
* Provide technical guidance and Coaching to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Facilitate technical discussions and workshops, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
* Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Support Digital Project Management activities related to AI initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Manage Configuration management and related processes for AI models and infrastructure.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
* Proven experience as an AI Engineer, with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
* Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
* Strong proficiency in Analytics tools and techniques for data exploration, analysis, and model evaluation.
* Excellent Communication and Facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
* In-depth understanding and practical experience with Configuration management and related tools.
* Solid experience with Continuous deployment and release pipelines and methodologies.
* Familiarity with Digital Project Management principles and tools.
* Strong knowledge of Information Security principles and guidelines for AI systems.
* Expertise in Relational Data Modelling and database management.
* Proven ability to conduct Risk Management and develop mitigation strategies.
* Advanced Scripting skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar.
* Experience with Service operations and resilience, including monitoring, logging, and incident response for AI systems.
* Proficiency in Source control and code management systems (e.g., Git).
* Demonstrated ability in System Design for large-scale, distributed AI applications.
