Bp's customers & products (C&P) business area is setting up a business and technology centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, improving technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. This is an exciting time to join bp and the customers & products BTC!
Shift Timing : 5 am to 2 pm IST
About us:
The role of the Workers Compensation Senior Advisor involves a range of specific workers compensation task oversight in conjunction with processing safety incidents and some basic data analysis and reporting where applicable.
Role & Responsibilities!
Support and assist with workers compensation administrative processes for ANZ workers compensation team including:
Certification
RTW plans
Remittances
Payroll
Other WC and Health Hub administrative duties where applicable etc.
Supporting with claims or governance reporting
Engaging in Health Hub initiatives where applicable
Support and assist with HSE&C related activity including:
Verify HSE incidents and classifications
Generate HSE incident reports
Conduct basic administration of key systems that support safety and workers compensation.
Education and Experience :
Strong administrative experience.
Preferred experience with health record keeping and IT platform usage.
Shown experience in data analysis in a health and safety or related field.
Ability to analyse data/input, strong analytical skills & developing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills with experience, and a proven record, to converse and influence across multiple levels
Self-motivated and performance driven
