The ARC Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting BP Business Sol (HC) by providing advanced analytical insights, ensuring commercial assurance, and driving continuous improvement within our financial processes. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor, commercial foresight, and strong communication skills to deliver value and drive efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities
* Apply Agility core practices to optimize workflow and delivery within the ARC team.
* Conduct in-depth Analytical Thinking to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement across financial data.
* Utilize advanced Analytics tools and techniques to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
* Foster strong Collaboration with internal and external collaborators to achieve shared objectives.
* Apply Commercial Foresight to understand business drivers and impact, ensuring financial processes align with strategic goals.
* Provide Commercial assurance for external transactions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
* Develop and deliver clear and concise Communication, both written and verbal, to diverse audiences.
* Drive Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving and process optimization.
* Support Credit Management activities, including analysis and reporting.
* Implement Customer centric thinking to improve service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Create compelling Data visualization and interpretation to present complex information clearly.
* See opportunities for Digital Automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
* Contribute to and review Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
* Employ Influencing skills to gain buy-in and drive change across teams.
* Participate in Project and programme management initiatives, contributing to successful project delivery.
Job Qualifications
* Proven experience applying Agility core practices in a professional environment.
* Demonstrated strong Analytical Thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in various Analytics tools and methodologies.
* Excellent Collaboration and teamwork skills.
* Solid understanding of Commercial Acumen principles.
* Experience in providing Commercial assurance for external dealings.
* Outstanding written and verbal Communication skills.
* A track record of Creativity and Innovation in a professional setting.
* Experience with Credit Management processes.
* Ability to apply Customer centric thinking to improve outcomes.
* Expertise in Data visualization and interpretation tools and techniques.
* Familiarity with Digital Automation concepts and applications.
* Strong background in Financial Reporting and analysis.
* Proven Influencing skills with the ability to build consensus.
* Experience contributing to Project and programme management initiatives.
