Role Summary

The Team Lead – GA/ARC (Inventory Accounting) is responsible for leading a team of ~10 members while managing key operational deliverables (50:50 split between leadership and operations). The role ensures accurate and timely execution of end-to-end inventory accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance within a Shared Service Center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality accounting services aligned with SLAs and KPIs.

  • Oversee end-to-end inventory accounting processes including journal postings, GL maintenance, reconciliations, and SAP transactions (MIRO, MIGO, FBL1N).

  • Manage monthly/quarterly close activities for Inventory and Sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Perform analytical reviews and ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.

  • Investigate and resolve system discrepancies across SAP and related platforms.

  • Drive continuous process improvements and standardization initiatives.

  • Act as key contact for stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in Inventory Accounting, SAP, and Accounts Payable.

  • Shared Service Center experience preferred.

  • Strong SAP knowledge (AS400 is an advantage).

  • Solid analytical and financial accounting skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • English proficiency: B2–C1.
