Job Description:
The Inside Sales and Digital Acquisition Lead role is a part of the Mobility & Convenience business in Poland and focuses on selling fuel and mobility services to SME fleet cards customers to enable them effectively running their business. The person in this role has commercial accountability for realizing sales and gross margin targets related to SME portfolio, through managing 3rd party Inside Sales team and digital acquisition channels. This is achieved mainly through driving customer acquisition, building customer relationships and dedication to improve business potential and prevent churn. The role also involves building and maintaining positive relationships with internal partners such as Marketing Credit, Pricing, and Customer Service to support strategy execution of and delivery of sales as well as gross margin targets
Key Accountabilities
1. HSSE & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and Group HSSE standards.
Develop a strong safety culture with a focus on personal safety and cyber-security.
Promote safe behaviours and improve the proficiency of 3rd party telesales partners.
2. Commercial Performance & Financial Delivery
Deliver sales and gross margin targets across the SME fleet portfolio.
Handle relationships and commercial performance of the 3rd party inside sales agency.
Lead contract management, define sales targets, and negotiate agency cost structures.
Collaborate with Marketing to drive digital acquisition and lead generation.
Partner with the Credit team to reduce overdue payments and mitigate bad debt.
3. Effective Sales Operations
Set commercial critical metrics, supervise performance, and lead interventions to meet growth targets.
Coordinate day-to-day telesales activities including lead management, acquisition funnel progression, activation, and churn prevention.
Ensure high-quality customer interactions across the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to win-back.
Build capability within the Inside Sales team through mentor, development, and structured quality assurance programs.
Drive improvements in digital acquisition channels in collaboration with Marketing.
4. Stakeholder Management
Build positive relationships with Marketing, Credit, Pricing, and Customer Service to support fleet strategy execution.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to ensure alignment between field sales and inside sales for a unified approach across the Polish fleet portfolio.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics, or related field.
Experience
Proven experience in leading an Inside Sales team within the B2B sector.
Validated capability in managing 3rd party vendors.
Experience in marketing and digital customer acquisition.
Knowledge of the Polish fuel market and fuel cards business is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial, compliance, and legislative frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
