About the role
The Terminal Supervisor is responsible and accountable locally for the day-to-day terminal operations regarding the receipt, storage and handling of fuels efficiently, safely and according to the State regulations and Company’s Standards, Instructions and Guidelines for the terminal under his / her responsibility
What you will deliver
- Maintenance: supervising and coordinating the maintenance works of the terminal
- Training: Trains the operators in the operating procedures
- Financials: Manages the expenses and the projects of the terminal
- Audits: manages the annual audits of the site
- Operating limits: makes sure that all operating limits are updated
- Stock control: Daily and monthly stock reconciliation
- Supervises all kind of terminal operations like receipt of product in the tanks through a pipeline from a vessel, product loading at bridge at the loading gantry
- Responsible for quality and quantity controls against the local customs authorities
- Implementation of Health, Safety, Environmental Protection Procedures Trains the two operators of the terminal
- Supervises the housekeeping of workplace Providing assistance to the technical department during maintenance and investment projects
- Issue and manage operating documents and procedures
What you will need to be successful
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering
- Foreign Languages: English (Level: Proficient)
- Abilities / Skills
- Emphasis on action / initiative –Advance level
- Interpersonal communication -Advance level
- Fuel Installation Operation - Advance level
