We are currently looking for Demand Fulfillment Planner - Central for New Delhi location and details mentioned below:

Deliver competitive customer service levels for the Central region by balancing demand‑aligned inventory investment with market expectations and commercial strategies. Represent the region in the S&OP process, providing supply chain expertise to drive aligned decisions on demand and supply, and ensuring effective execution of the supply plan in partnership with supply planners and cross‑functional teams. Collaborate closely with Central demand planning and distribution teams to ensure optimal stocking levels and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Review and validate statistical forecasts, incorporating relevant business insights and recommending adjustments where necessary to improve accuracy. Enable achievement of service and inventory targets by driving improvements in forecast quality and related performance measures. Act as the single point of accountability for resolving all Central region sales queries related to demand fulfillment and product availability. Oversee end‑to‑end order management and execution for the region, including daily invoicing, load planning, and coordination with logistics. Serve as the regional Supply Chain Single Point of Accountability (SPA), managing all customer-facing interactions related to service performance. Own regional IFOT performance, ensuring continuous improvement through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and cross‑functional coordination.

Education
Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
Management degree in Supply Chain will be added advantage
Experience
5 years of experience in distribution / supply chain management.
Experience in communicating and interfacing with all levels of company and outside contacts
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities concurrently
Knowledge of transportation/warehousing operations
