Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of technical team who focus on solving high priority, critical business problems. As a key member, you are expected to deep dive into the problem and come up with innovative solutions, ensuring that all aspects are considered and addressed. You may help product teams to navigate unforeseen challenges in product development, ensuring project remains on track. You may need to analyse existing processes, pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend & API Development: Build and maintain backend services in .NET & Python ensuring they are scalable and secure.
• Front End Development: Design and build web apps using React JS, Next.js and Node.js, ensuring a smooth and intuitive interface for users to interact with application.
• Azure/AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage AWS and Azure services to ensure the backend and platform services are performant, reliable, and scalable.
• CI/CD Integration: Responsible for e2e quality, deployment and production of services including testing, CI/CD, monitoring and incident management.
• Collaboration with Product Teams: Work with products teams to navigate unforeseen issues & help them to remain on track.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, ensuring that users are equipped to utilize the tools effectively.

Qualifications:

• Software Development: 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience. Strong background in .NET and experience building scalable backend services.
• Frontend Development: Extensive experience with React JS for building interactive and responsive UIs.
• Platform Technologies: Basic to intermediate understanding of Kubernetes and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Security & Authentication: Understanding of user authentication, authorization, and securing web applications and APIs.
• Architectural Patterns: Familiar with modern architectural patterns, including microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
• Developer Experience (DX): Strong focus on optimizing and improving the developer experience for application users.

• Azure/AWS Experience: Familiarity with AWS or Azure services and cloud architecture, particularly in building scalable and resilient applications.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience in automating deployment workflows.
• Operations: Experience in monitoring and managing incidents.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and liaising between platform engineers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps.

Travel Requirement

Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
