ARC Senior Analyst (Vendor Management Analyst)
In this role You will:

Initiate and support the Vendor qualification process, support the management of the supplier creation requests including but not limited to
Initiate vendor registration by sending questionnaires via dedicated system and support the completion of the Supplier Internal and External Registration Questionnaires
Review submitted questionnaires by cross‑checking responses against uploaded documents
Verify the completeness and correctness of the documents/information submitted by the vendors
liaise with relevant SMEs for the completion of the Cyber Security, Technical, HSE, Quality assessments
Review and align UNSPSC commodity codes in ERP systems with the latest UN standards and perform necessary follow up actions
Establish strong relationship with business partners to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery, including close cooperation with the Counterparty Due Diligence responsible colleague
Serves as liaison with all the departments responsible for authorizing Vendor Management activities
Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and other key partners of the company.
Understand, support and adhere to the company’s health and safety policies, programs and procedures by communicating and promoting health and safety awareness to coworkers and subordinates.
Documentation and maintenance of Vendor Management process related standards and desktop procedures, standard operation procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with Vendor Management related policy and procedures.
Support the standardization of the Vendor Management Vendor Master Data maintenance processes
Proactively support the implementation of process enhancements which are required to achieve or improve compliance with applicable regulation.
Actively supplies to continuous improvement including standardization, efficiency, and simplification, by finding opportunities within own work.
Work with the Internal Control team to design, implement and operate control activities to meet the control objectives identified regarding the Vendor Management process
Provide effective support to system transformations in all phases of the project
Support external and internal audits
Support Delivery in line with finance service center strategy to meet agreed Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, targets and budgets.
What You need to be successful:
Relevant degree and experience in related Business, Finance or Accounting field.
Demonstrated end-to-end process expertise in ARC areas working closely with and impacted by Vendor Management process
Fluency in English, the Portuguese is a huge advantage
Solid Vendor Master Data maintenance process and technical knowledge and user experience with a focus on Ariba SLP Module (or other equivalent tool) and S4/HANA instances
Good level of analytical skills, strong ICFR and fraud investigation understanding,
Customer- and service-oriented thinking,
A problem solver with a readiness for action and ability to work under pressure,
Self-confident appearance in relations to the internal and external contacts
Good communication and collaboration skills
A proactive and dynamic approach
Assertiveness and ability to influence
