Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the design, architecture, and implementation of complex enterprise-level technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
* Applying Agility Core Practices to guide and facilitate cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of technology initiatives.
* Analyzing system performance, security vulnerabilities, and operational issues to proactively identify and implement improvements.
* Coaching and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices within the team.
* Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business terms.
* Overseeing Configuration Management and Release processes to ensure consistent and reliable deployments across environments.
* Implementing and optimizing Continuous Deployment and Release pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery.
* Managing and contributing to Digital Project Management initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Facilitating technical discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes among technical and business teams.
* Implementing and enforcing Information Security best practices and policies to protect sensitive data and systems.
* Designing and optimizing Relational Data Models to support various business applications and reporting needs.
* Conducting comprehensive Risk Management assessments and developing mitigation strategies for enterprise technology initiatives.
* Developing and maintaining scripts for automation, system administration, and infrastructure provisioning.
* Ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience of enterprise systems through proactive Service Operations and Resilience strategies.
* Managing Source Control and Code Management systems, ensuring proper branching, merging, and version control practices.
* Contributing to System Design and architecture discussions, providing expert input on scalability, reliability, and security.

Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Proven experience as an Enterprise Technology Engineer or similar senior technical role.
* Deep understanding and practical experience with Agility Core Practices.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
* Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Extensive experience with Configuration Management and Release tools and methodologies.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing Continuous Deployment and Release pipelines.
* Solid experience in Digital Project Management.
* Strong facilitation skills for technical and cross-functional meetings.
* In-depth knowledge of Information Security principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in Relational Data Modelling.
* Proven ability in Risk Management and mitigation strategies.
* Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
* Expertise in Service Operations and Resilience, including incident management and disaster recovery.
* Proficiency in Source Control and Code Management systems (e.g., Git).
* Strong understanding of System Design principles and architectural patterns.
