We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Team Assistant and Junior Business Advisor!

Office based role

This dual role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team while also contributing to business analysis and advisory tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth team operations and supporting informed decision-making within BP Energía España.

In this role, You will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports.

  • Assist in the research, analysis, and preparation of business proposals, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.

  • Facilitate effective team collaboration and communication, ensuring information flows efficiently between team members and departments.

  • Support project management activities, including tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and coordinating tasks.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives by gathering data, analyzing situations, and proposing creative solutions.

  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in responding to evolving business needs and priorities.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.

  • Portuguese language knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build strong interpersonal relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the courage to take initiative and embrace new challenges.

  • Capacity for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with an understanding of different communication styles and needs.

  • Self-awareness and the ability to understand and respond to the emotions of others.

  • A commitment to excellence and continuous personal and professional development.
