About the role:

BP PLC is seeking a skilled Predictive Maintenance Analyst to optimize asset performance and reliability through data-driven insights. This role is needed to implementing predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency across our facilities!

Shift Timing: 2pm - 11 pm IST (will change as per day light saving)

Job Responsibilities:

• Performance‑manage all maintenance and inspection service providers, including supervising SLA adherence, work quality, cost control, and health & safety performance.
Develop, lead and update all PPM schedules for forecourt assets within the CMMS (e‑Maintenance), ensuring alignment with asset criticality, statutory requirements and risk profile.
• Validate completion of works, service reports and certifications, ensuring accurate and timely compliance record maintenance within e‑Maintenance.
• Immediately flag compliance risks, including missed PPMs and overdue statutory inspections.
• Analyse PPM completion rates, failure trends and asset performance data to recommend maintenance optimisations, asset replacements or upgrades.
• Prepare and handle data loads for SAP, alignment with PPM schedules to support accurate phasing and timely contractor payments.
• Track PPM spend versus budget, contribute to forecasting and identify cost‑saving opportunities through value analysis of PPM frequency and scope.
• Lead continuous improvement of the CMMS (e‑Maintenance) related to PPM workflows, data structures, functionality and enhancement requests with the system provider.
• Define and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) for inspection and maintenance contracts, reporting insights and issues to Maintenance Contract Managers and the Maintenance Manager.
• Handle in‑service equipment connectivity, supporting remote diagnosis activities and ensuring accurate asset records.
• Report, raise and supervise outstanding maintenance tickets within contractual and compliance frameworks.
• Participate in maintenance assurance processes and communities of practice, chipping in subject‑matter expertise in preventative maintenance and inspection programmes.

Experience & Qualification:

* Shown experience in Backlog Management within a complex operational environment.
* Proven track record in Contract handover and implementation, particularly in maintenance services.
* Strong background of Cost-conscious decision-making in maintenance and operational contexts.
* In-depth knowledge of Maintenance fundamentals and industry standard processes.
* Experience with Management of change methodologies and their application in maintenance.
* Proficiency in establishing and tracking Measurement and metrics for performance evaluation.
* Familiarity with Planning Materials Interface processes.
* Experience in Preparation Performance analysis and improvement.
* Ability to develop and implement robust Procedures and practices.
* Solid understanding of Reliability Fundamentals and their practical application.
* Excellent Customer Engagement and Partner Management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate optimally.
* Experience in Strategic activity integration within a maintenance framework.
* Experience working with contractors, including contract negotiation and oversight.
* Strong background in Work Management processes and systems.
