C&P Project Management Office Apprentice

Provide project governance, planning support, KPI tracking, and process improvement for the C&P BTC team along with streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing team collaboration and engagement

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, tracking project plans, status reports, risk/RAID logs, and meeting minutes using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Support project tracking, monitoring of timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and help prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for project meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and analysis, contribute to process improvement and root cause analysis, and maintain PMO dashboards with data visualization and reporting.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics (scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes) and maintain records, trackers, and shared documentation repositories.
  • Oversee program forecasting, financial modelling, change request evaluation, business case management, and ensure streamlined financial processes through collaboration and data validation.

Requirements

  • University Degree preferred (in Business, Finance or related fields)
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work and change direction as needed
  • Ability to help improve customer experience and business efficiency.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Takes independent ownership of tasks, anticipates needs, and addresses potential issues with solutions.
  • Curiosity and Learning: Eager to learn new concepts, tools, and business processes.
