Job Description:

1, To manage all aspects of production operations including base oil terminating, Blending, filling operations and raw material warehouse to ensure production targets are achieved with a high level of operational effectiveness with the minimum possible lead times and operating costs

2, To be responsible for maintaining and continuous improvement of production management and production related HSSE management in the plant

3, Coordinates all locally tasks between purchasing, manufacturing and distribution, to ensure being able to manufacture all products in line with all quality requirements and the customers demand.

4, Responsible to manage projects and product launches in manufacturing. Driving a robust MOC for these, plant has to deliver best quality, with low costs and in line with all HSSE and Q requirements.

5, Design and develop with a digital manufacturing plant to improve operation performance in staff efficiency , productivity and cost
